Support Policy

Warranty support – Most of the listed products have 12 months warranty support from respective product companies or authorized integrators which includes Email, Chat and telephonic support. Onsite support is available on request for an additional fee. You can purchase additional warranty support during the product purchase subject to availability of extended warranty service from product companies.  


Post warranty support – You are recommended to purchase or renew product warranty or maintenance support for a continued support. Support from direct product companies or authorized integrators are available which includes Email, Chat and telephonic support during post warranty support for renewed customers only. Onsite support is available on request for an additional fee. In case you do not purchase post warranty support restricted support is available on a call basis this includes configuration support, updates or fixing of any operational errors or free upgrades from a product companies. Upgrades or any new features inclusion are part of warranty support purchase.
